Delivered the bed and did not install/supply all the support posts for the mattress with it, had to call them back to replace and they were reluctant to provide them. Also bought a dresser and noted a sight gap to an inspector and they said it was rustic furniture and that gaps we're normal. Eventually they agreed to take the piece back and removed the gap. Brought it back and looks good.
