  It goes without saying that initially I was pleased with my interaction with Signature Granite or I would not of chosen to hire them over the several other companies I visited. Amy was both knowledgeable and helpful. She saw to it that I got a sample piece to try in my own space. Very much appreciated that. Zachary arrived on time to measure and was very polite,courteous and respectful. I very much appreciate his foresight in asking a few questions concerning countertop in a specific location. This made me feel I was in good hands and that the kitchen layout was being well thought of. Space for range under existing wall mount chimney fan was visible however out of respect to individual measuring countertop I turned down delivery of range and dishwasher for that day. Too much confusion for individual.Big big mistake ...Huge! as what I thought was obvious range placement IN LINE UNDER WALL MOUNT FAN turned out NOT to be so. Waiting to hear when install would take place I had a panic attack about measuring in regard to range placement. Called hoping to hear all was good that Zachary, in fact, was on top of it and all was good! Not the case. Piece was cut and to the measurement of opening vs placement in line with fan!!!! Pieces a little long and another a little short. A new piece would have to be cut at additional cost to me..100% on me! It is from there I had trouble. I was willing to accept a share in the mistake since measurement of countertop -not my domain. I was present to answer questions but only the one was asked and nothing about range Zachary requested picture of range, which I did give him. Just wanted Signature to share NOT be totally responsible. They did not see that any part of mistake was on them. Communication between us was disconcerting. Did not receive follow-up phone calls. Felt as though I was not valued or respected as a customer. I was the one having to do the recalling! Very uncomfortable feeling. A conclusion was reached with a slightly price reduction but not to my satisfaction . Wanted them to meet me half way. But at this point had no other choice. They gave me a two hour install arrival window. Since I am 45 minutes from company and could work half day I asked for a call when they were leaving North Lima but was told NO! NO! Installers don't call! NOT GREAT PUBLIC RELATIONS! Every other delivery I received did call a half hour out! On the morning Zachary was kind enough to call but at that point my reason for request was null and void as I had to take off the entire day. And arrival was not within two hour window! Zachary arrived for install and did a great job! Again, the guys were polite as well as considerate. Zachary and his team really did do a lovely job. High praise for his quality of the install. Also thanks to the guys who who put consideration of the veining of the quartz into the cutting of pieces that would be seamed! Just overall unhappy with their final decision to not take a more fair stance of the solving of the dilemma. Feel communication between office staff as well as staff and customer, could stand improvement. Consideration of customers who are pleased keep them employed and their company thriving.

  Very happy with Signature Granite from the time we walked in the door. The staff was very helpful to show us what was available and took the time to walk around with us to see the different pieces. An estimate was given right away just with our measurements. Within a week they came out to measure and 6 days later my counter top was installed. Great service! All the people we dealt with were very helpful.
